Edición japo del tercer disco de estudio de AC/DC, el segundo para el mercado internacional. Además del tema que da título al disco, el álbum contiene un puñado de grandes temas, algunos tan populares como Rocker o Ride On y otros no tanto pero de gran calidad igualmente como Squaler.
En esta edición internacional sin embargo se dejaron algunos temas de gran repercusión como Jailbreak.

Japanese edition of AC/DC third studio album, the second one for international markets. Great songs are included like the one used like album title, Rocker or Ride On and other ones not so popular like Squaler.
However, other popular songs like Jailbreak were not included for international edition of the album.
From RateYourMusic: “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” is a very underrated album of the Australian hard rock band AC/DC. It was the third LP the band released in Australia. The international release didn’t feature “Jailbreak” and “R.I.P. (Rock in Peace)”, which is sad because especially “Jailbreak” is one of the best songs from this album. The USA had to wait until 1981 to hear these songs. The album was released after “Back in Black” sold so well and everybody was crazy about this Australian band.
I think the different versions of the album and different release dates was the main reason this album never got the attention it deserves. Like everything the band did with Bon Scott as singer this album is pure gold. “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” may not be as good as “Let There Be Rock”, “Powerage” or “Highway to Hell”, which are my personal favorites of the Bon Scott era. But the raw riff dominated hard rock combined wit the distinctive voice of Scott that sings suggestive lyrics never fails to amaze me.
The first highlight is the opening title track “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap”, one of many sing along anthems the band recorded in the Scott-era and still plays live. “"Ain't No Fun (Waiting 'Round to Be a Millionaire)" is another great tune. A special track is the slow and calm “Ride On”, which is another highlight of the album. The energetic and fast “Problem Child”, is a typical high voltage AC/DC track really rocks. As I said I also consider the anthem like “Jailbreak”, which was only released on the Australian release as big highlight. The last song I want to mention is “Squealer”, another very fast song that I like. The other songs are decent and worth to be listened but cant be considered as classics.
