Buddy is featured on this DVD playing at two separate concerts. In the first,
filmed at Switzerland's New Morning Rock Heroes Festival in 1995, he
re-works in his own distinctive style a selection of rock and pop
classics from the sixties and seventies, concluding with barnstorming
versions of three of Jimi Hendrix's biggest hits, 'Purple Haze', 'Voodoo
Chile' and 'Hey Joe'.
In the second concert filmed in Paris a year later, he features Albert
King's blues standard 'Born Under A Bad Sign' and a deeply soulful
interpretation of The Impression's ballad hit 'For Your Precious Love'.
'After The Experience': A thirty minute self portrait filmed in 2004 in
which Buddy recalls his past, expresses his philosophy on life and the
importance of music in it, his hopes for the future and his
reminiscences of the many rock legends he has played with over the
years, in particular his association with the great Jimi Hendrix.
