JULIAN´S FIRE is a Colombian rock band founded on February of 2010 at Bogotá
city by Julian Sanchez (composer, lead singer and rhythmic guitarrits),
who wanted to propose a new musical project inspired on the comeback of classic rock’s influences
which have been withering across time , and bring it to a
contemporaneous world by using several means that are offered nowadays
by technological developments; besides some new lyrical and musical
proposals.
The Phoenix (a mythological bird that rises from its ashes) it’s the emblem of our band, taking into account that the group
is looking retake the purist rock that has been forgotten and revive it.
Rekindle it with effort, in the contemporaneous world.
We strongly believe that a rock band should worry about giving it all to its public, its music, ideals and lyrics, and awake passion in the world. A passion that is identified with the fire that grows inside of us when we play our songs, and that we wish to share with those who
listen to us. Our topics and our music are inspired on people, on our
own livings, on our reality and therefore it’s directed to all of those
who want to hear it and enjoy it. Even if it’s true that our songs are
produced in Spanish and in English we believe that music has no
boundaries, has no language.
