Taipan — Metal Machine (2013) Australia’s Taipan originally formed way back in 1979, after a few EP’s and demo’s the band disbanded all the way to around 2006/7 and are now on the fourth of the
reunion releases. METAL MACHINE is a collection of straight cut Heavy
Metal, no-frills although boasting youthful energy that would belie the band’s age. Everything across the album has a decidedly ´classic` type of
feel, from the riffs to the solos this is all by the book which was
started in the seventies and fleshed out over the eighties. Fans who
love no-bullshit Heavy Metal should be able to happily bob their head
throughout the duration of METAL MACHINE.1. Extremist Militance
