The Fire – Bittersweet 2014 EP 



The Italian hard rock band The Fire released on Tuesday EP "Bittersweet".
At one time in the music world it was said that the third disc is that
of confirmation, the reality of today says that the band rarely get to
do three disks, then perhaps it would be more correct to define the
third disc of the miracle that ...The miracle to find labels still willing to invest in a project, and the miracle of being able to go still playing in clubs and lead people.
This miracle is that of The Fire, the group led by Olly Riva, former
leader of Shandon, and also the producer of the many all-star band
Rezophonic. THE FIRE brought their music around Europe, sharing the stage with Deep Purple, Iggy Pop, Alice Cooper, The Damned, Fall Out
Boy, Kaiser Chiefs, Gotthard, Satanic Surfers, Nashville Pussy and many
more . It's been 7 years, two albums and two EPs, and THE FIRE are still
here to present the new album titled "SUPERNOVA", containing 10 tracks
of melodic rock. Maybe it really is the disc of maturity, never as in
this case, in fact the The Fire have focused their project managing to
mix the rock more raw and direct (Mr Pain, Dynamite, Follow Me ...
Alteria with the latter as a special guest ) to the melodic vein that
Olly can always lead to high levels (Claustrophobia, See you next time
and the ballad Paralyzed).In the Italian version there are also two bonus tracks, "Business Trash" with Pino Scotto and "You are mine alone" in Italian adaptation
of Out of Olly here that he wrote for his wife, the beautiful pin-up
Francesca Du Demon ...
